Play dirty with your family & friends during spring break mud run!
Coming to Sunriver on March 25, Sunriver March Mudness is a great way to celebrate spring break in Central Oregon. This sixth annual event allows those who love to frolic in filth to wallow, wade and crawl through a mile and a half of mud-filled obstacles.
Open to individuals, families or teams of all ages and abilities, registration is $28 for ages 12 to adult and $18 for ages 4-11. There is a competitive wave for 12 and older priced at $35, but only 100 slots are available. Registration is open until 12pm on March 23.
Participants receive a souvenir dog tag, free age-appropriate beverage, fire hose rinse off and access to changing tents. Those who register are also automatically entered for a chance to win a Cascadia Vehicle Tent valued at $1,800.
Given it will be spring break, a time of year famous for unpredictable weather, it could be a sunny 70 degrees, 50 and raining, or snowing and below freezing. The fun goes on rain or shine! Contestants should wear clothes and shoes they don’t mind getting dirty as it’s likely they will never be the same again. Non-participating spectators are welcome to come and watch the fun.
Presented by the Sunriver Owners Association, the event benefits Central Oregon American Cancer Society Relays for Life.
