Parking is limited at the event site and the parking lot will close once it is full or promptly at 12:30pm. We STRONGLY encourage you to carpool and be aware that some of the event site parking is in unimproved fields which can be difficult for low clearance vehicles or for those who are unsteady on their feet. Off-site event parking is located at SHARC located off Circle 2/Overlook Road (57250 Overlook Rd). There will be continuous shuttles between 11am-4pm. Be sure to arrive well in advance of the event start time to ensure you have time to park and be shuttled to the event start location.
We will have a Bag Check for you to leave personal belongings if you do not have friends or family there to hold onto your items for you. You will need to show your bib number or ID when checking items out of the Bag Check area.
Our participant winner of the Cascadia Vehicle Tent will be promptly announced at 12:55pm before the Competitive Race begins. Winner must be present and can visit the registration tent for details.
Please attach your race bib to the FRONT of your outfit.
The Competitive Race will kick-off at 1pm sharp! The non-competitive waves will start at 1:15pm, then every 5-minutes thereafter. Example, Wave 1 will start at 1:15pm; Wave 2 will start at 1:20pm. Please note that these times are approximate for the non-competitive waves; we may need to make adjsutments based on flow on the course to maximize the enjoyment for all participants. Please be present at the event by 1pm to ensure you do not miss out.
This is a fantastic spectator event and we know your friends and family will want to take video and photos throughout the event. We have extensive spectator areas that are close to the obstacles for best viewing but please let your support team know they will need to remain in the designated areas. Again, parking is limited so encourage them to arrive early to park so they don't miss any of the action. The shuttle is available for spectators, too. With our spring weather, even the spectator area is a little wet and muddy with uneven terrain. It is best for spectators to wear some footwear (rain boots are great) that can get dirty.
